After enjoying a successful 40-year career in Corporate America as a VP of Food and Beverage for major casino and hotel operations, I retired and embraced my favorite venture as an entrepreneur by purchasing my first food truck! This passion eventually led to a love for BBQ, resulting in the creation of our flagship location, Four Mile Pig. Here, our award-winning BBQ, wings, and Brussels sprouts have cultivated a loyal fan base across Kentucky and Ohio, a source of great pride for me!
In 2022, we expanded by opening our Ohio location at RJ Cinema and Distillery, continuously exploring innovative ways to enhance experiences through quality food and beverages!
I established Four Mile Brands in 2022 as we ventured into the food hall scene at Element Eatery, Cincinnati's premier food hall and entertainment hub. I quickly became an advocate for high-quality, fast-casual menus and brands. Each menu and concept we develop reflects my dedication to providing crave-worthy food! Every neighborhood deserves exceptional cheeseburgers, chicken, and pizza, and at Four Mile Brands, we strive to deliver high-quality, scratch kitchens that people recognize and want to revisit.
Now, in collaboration with remarkable ownership groups and developers, we focus on evolving the food hall experience by designing, developing, curating, and operating top-notch restaurants and bars to enhance the value of real estate assets. With nearly two hundred cumulative years of operating experience among us, we are prepared for the next level of growth.

With a focus on operational efficiency and financial success, she has worked across both coasts. Since joining the team two years ago, she has aimed to transform great food into strong brands and foster cooperative relationships with owners and partners.
With decades of experience in the food service industry and years of culinary training in the armed forces, Jarrod possesses a passion for food and flavors, coupled with a strong desire to collaborate and create outstanding teams!
Aimee brings vitality to all our brands while also guiding our team in both in-house and external marketing efforts. She has a diverse background in graphic design and strategic marketing across various industries, but she has a special passion for the food and beverage sector!
With a long career in the back of the house, Esteban has a depth of knowledge into kitchen operations of all styles. He dedicated to flavor profiles and efficient back of the house operations.
Miguel has been a part of the company since its inception, when we were serving delicious food on wheels! He is steadily advancing through the ranks of the restaurants. As a strong leader, he possesses extensive experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. His latest venture, Roberto & Miguel’s brand, showcases his incredible growth and culinary creativity, and we couldn't be prouder!
